The state's 2.3 percent population growth rate since 2020 has further strained existing outreach capacity in southern Nevada border communities.

A community resource fair addresses these barriers when it establishes satellite locations in at least three non-urban counties and coordinates with Nevada's 211 system for follow-up referrals.
